DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE. My FIL was there for 3 months aftr his hip replaced. He had an ulcer on his foot due to diabetes that was being carefully managed when he arrived there. The rehadb was sporadic at best. He had a broken shoulder that had healed but this hampered his rehab becaseu although we repeatedly told them about it, they did not listen. They worked with him sporadically. After a few weeks there, the guy was in a diaper!! They did not listen after bieng told he was on the wrong diabetes meds, but finally relented after his sugar had been over 500 for days. He had C-Diff 4 times!!!!As did the same 4 rooms in his wings, poor hygenic practices form nurses and aides. They only kept him there for insurance money. After a month of planning to release him to a private care home we arrived that evening and hte Dr. had not signed his release paperwork, wouldn't tell us why. We found my FIL almost slumped out of his wheel chair in his room in a stupor. WE got him out of hter and ito a lovig, caring environment. Unfortunately he died a few weeks later. I think the LIfe Care Center neglected him. My Mother-in-Law was there with him for hours every day. We saw how little the aides and nurses really cared about people. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!

My uncle was sent to the emergency room dirty with very old dry stool and raw in his private area according to to the nurse. This is in acceptable in light of the amount of money being paid to the facility on this behalf. This will be reported to higher up be sure of that

This is the worst place to be. There administrator is rude and doesn't care for her patients, my mother had reported a incident to her and the d.o.n nothing was done. Some of the cna's are ok but most cant speak proper English. Its really hard to understand them. They have great activities I'll give them that. The nurses has given my mother the wrong meds. The kitchen workers are very rude, most of them are walking down the hall way with their cell phones taking down carts. The food is nasty. This place really needs to get shut down. please don not sent and love ones here. But this is my opinion

Again tlc care center recently let another resident elope and brought back by the police. Again openings exist for RN's, LPN's and CNA's. Instead of terminating employees perhaps it would be well to terminate nursing administration.
