Over paid and underworked administrators and managers. A recently demoted DON who earned close to $125,000 a year and who hid in her office all day when not terrorizing her staff. The facility is filthy and some of the staff are too ignorant to be fit for general society. Send your loved one elsewhere.

This place is old and nasty, the only nice part of this place are administrative offices. Staff are rude and do not make you feel welcomed. One staff member made a joke that "the place is more safe since one person quit." Not sure what that is in reference to, but will not put my mom here! It is unfortunate as there a not many facilities in NH that can handle mental health issues.

When taking a tour, the only thing I liked about this place was the scenery. I found the staff unprofessional, I was able to overhear a conversation with them using profanity. At one point, a staff member opened a door to a kitchenette in one of the living areas and I could see mouse traps in there. As other people said, the place is gross! I found the general attitude of staff and management to be fake! Do not bother looking into this place for placement of your loved one.

This place is gross!!! All you can smell is feces in the residential areas. You literally feel like you need a tetanus shot when you walk into the building. The staff is extremely rude and the Director of Nursing (DON) is also rude and condescending. I can only imagine how they treat their patients. One tour and the decision to never put my dad there was made!!

This is an absolutely horrible place to put any loved one!!! They put a woman with advanced dementia on the second floor without ensuring the windows could not open all the way, she jumped out the window and fractured almost every bone in her body, she passed away shortly after. Never put a loved one here!!!! It is even a horrible place to work for, management is cruel, harasses every employee. There is a reason they have been short staffed for the past five years. Never work here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my niece upon visiting her mom one day walked to her room to find the door locked with her mother inside (all on video) and at times we visited her room was filthy and we would spend half our visit cleaning her room, now that she just passed Aug 28th they are holding her mothers things of value (if any) so they can get the almighty dollar for whatever cost she had left behind (she was a guardian of the state)trying to move her closer to us they would give bad reviews so no other home would take her I would not recommend this place to anyone with a loved one not even if you lived right around the corner, and just before her dying they change her state guardian without asking any family member if they would like the position of her guardian sounds fishy to me .
