10/18/2013 An Interested Visitor Writes: I highly recommend Courville of Nashua. My Mother has been at Courville for skilled nursing and they have done an outstanding job. She has multiple health issues in addition to the surgery that brought her to Courville - they have been on top of everything.

The entire nursing staff is wonderful. Always courteous and attentive. They are communicative with family members and responsive to input.

The rehab team - OT and PT have been equally amazing!! She was not able to walk or stand without major assistance before Courville and now she can walk with a cane (sometimes walker) and perform personal hygiene issues without any assistance. They take their work seriously and really put a lot of time into each patient - as a direct result ... she is getting stronger every day.

The management team has been very communicative and friendly. If there were any concerns (although we have none) - we would feel comfortable talking with them.

Lastly and most importantly - my Mother is extremely happy to be at Courville. She is being treated with respect and has grown to genuinely love the entire team! In walking around
Courville - I have not seen any unhappy residents or family members.

I agree with - Courville of Nashua is 5 stars all the way!!

04/12/2012 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: Not a good place if your family member needs assistance in a hurry. Evening rn nurses not very responsive. LNA's work very hard need more support from rn's in the evening

10/24/2009 An OurParents User Writes: Courville's response to my request was within 30 minutes. A visit to my Mom in the hospital was a day later. She was able to be transported within 24 hours. My Mom has only been at Courville for a short time, she is very happy. Everyone associated with this facilty has been very professional but yet exuding a welcoming warmth. In our limited time and interaction with the staff (from the admissions rep visiting at the hospital to the dieticians, social workers, therapists and her nurses), my Mom says they have been very attentive to her needs and maintain an upbeat atmosphere. As I live in a distant location from NH, I feel more at ease knowing my Mom is receiving the care she deserves.
