Staff that has daily contact with residents/patients are warm & caring.
Food delivery a bit chaotic for those not eating in the dining room. Social Workers are average; Director stays in his office most of the time...They would benefit from more staff overall. If this is in your geographic area it is a pretty decent choice when needing this service.
It is a hard choice to make.
