User Reviews

12/27/2012  -  An OurParents User Writes:

This facility has gone from a four star to a one star facility in 2012. I can attest that this facility most definitely deserves its one star (or even less). As a relative of a former patient in this facility, I would cite neglect and poor attitudes among staff members as our family's top issues with this poorly maintained facility. Do not send your relative here. It may appear to be a bright and friendly place, clean-smelling with smiling faces but read the horrendous official health inspection report for yourself. I would not recommend this facility under any circumstances.

Response: how do I get the health inspection report?
