My mom was a resident at this community. Very dirty, residents are bored. When my mom would ask for help no one would come. Staff sleeping instead. Several meetings with the director Nancye, however she has no control. The staff does what they want.

After much research of Assisted Living Communities in the area, Brandywine of Middlebrook Crossing came out as the top choice. We relocated mom from Connecticut to NJ where she had lived with her husband for many years - To say it was a very difficult move is an understatement. However as we collectively,(the family and mom)look back, we are all in agreement that it was the best decision we made. She is well taken care of by an incredible staff, has a lovely little apartment and made some nice friends. Most important, she's happy! Brandywine at Middlebrook is wonderful.

Beautiful on the outside but lacks care and compassion. Residents are often sleeping in front of the TV. Not much stimulation and aides are few and far between. Dining hall staff good but that's about it. If you don't stay on top of them, your loved one will not get what you're paying for.

Very Lovely Facility. The Staff are all very helpful and caring. The residents as well are also very nice
