My Aunt was recently at Oceana, I feel the opposite of the reviewer saying staff is not attentive . Every place I'm sure has their problems , but my Aunt was very well taken care of at Oceana . Any questions my family and I had were answered promptly my the Admin. staff . The real test to me was it always smelled nice and clean . It sounds like the person that wrote that review about police and such may be a disgruntled employee ? But my family was happy with my Aunts care.

There is something going on in this facility that needs looking into. The nurses, the ones that are left, are good nurses. The problem seems to be within the main offices & administration. Something is very wrong there. Paper work is not tended to, replies to people asking questions go unanswered & that goes to the police, social security, Medicaid, the patients belongings are being stolen, I would never send my loved one to this facility. BE AWARE!!!
