The provider accepts both medicare and medicaid programs, and provides resident and family counseling services.

Sorry, I wrote a review for Job Haines.
Depending upon the nursing assistant, family member may receive quality care. Other than that, residents are looked upon as guinea pigs.
Yes, sticky fingers do occur here too (caught one in action) and physical abuse towards dementia/alzheimer resident does occur. By all means, definitely bypass (Job Haines over Arbor Glen).

(See Summit Ridge). Parent discharged to Job Haines (2005) for rehabilitative therapy. Social worker sucks; nursing assistants have sticky fingers and throw residents clothing anywhere (it's a search & find clothing)& safety issues need to be addressed.
The RN's (and few others) at the time were great (5 stars).

The staff in the short term unit was exceptional. Pleasant, caring and conscientious. The administrative and medical staff greatly lacked in communication and follow through.
