DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. Their unprofessional, lack of care and lack of KNOWLEDGE put my mother in the ICU! The nursing staff was so rude and bothered by our questions and concerns maybe they should have taken us more serious because we obviously knew more than them.

Agree with all of the poor comments. When my mother was a patient at CareOne, she required oxygen. More than once I noted that either she was not connected to the oxygen or her tank was empty. When it came to meal time, the aides were not around to help her. I needed to be there for every meal. The final straw was when they insisted that I sign a Do Not Resuscitate form for her. They let her die a few days later.

I would not let my dog go here. I am an RN who works at a rehabilitation center out of state. I came to visit my grandmother and I had to leave before I lost it. First off the place is Soooo hot inside it is uncomfortable! Not to mention nobody ever seems to have a clue what is going on ever. This place was just awful in every way. To top it off the activity for the day was painting ( great idea) but the paint was so dried up it didn't work and these two people just did stuff for them as one lady cried her eyes out at the end of the table and another slept. My inner nurse was screaming!!! After my visit my grandmother will absolutely be leaving asap!

I agree! This place is terrible! They ignored the patients who need most! Somebody told me that they were assigned 1 (ONE) CNA for all of the patients. How can he/she do his/her job well?? I dont think that I can recommend this Nursing Home to others. They should think what the best for their patients not for the money that they got from them!! the head of this company should know about this, they are always cancelling the aide bcos they are low census then the aide will work for 35 patients by himself and the other 2 for 25 patients. Make sense! or else someday someone will complain all of the terrible that they are experincng. Good luck for those patients out there whos choosing this!

My mom sits in a wheelchair until 11AM until someone finally sees she's not dressed. The place is dark and dingy. Goes to show you... just because this place is in Cresskill doesn't mean it's any good. Shop around...

This place was terrible. The staff never returned phone calls. My mother had bruises on her body. They stole her wedding band off her swollen finger. I saw people crying for someone to take them to the bathroom and they were ignored, I saw food trays plunked down in front of people who could not feed themselves and the aides walked away. Most times the aides were busy socializing among themselves and ignoring the patients. The nurses only had to to give out medicine and write reports, no time to administer to their patients needs. The social worker and director did not return phone calls and even if they were in the building they were too busy to see me. Sometimes the placed smelled like dirty diapers. When I tried to move my mother to another place they were not helpful and on the day I was finally moving her, they did not even tell their nurses so that the paper work was not ready.I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Response: Thank you or your courage and being. forthcoming. My sister was dischrged yesterday from the hospital to this place.I will act immediately in letting them know of the overwhelming negatives views i f this facility. That I will be watching and reporting.
