My mother passed away two days after leaving Care One and returning back to her assisted living. The five weeks at Care One Holmdel were a HORROR. Very poor care, an old an inadequate building, and SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Administative staff is uncaring and do not follow thru with any complaints or requests. Social worker Lisa Lamana violated my Mother's privacy rights. RN Liz Renner talks down to her staff and has no idea what is going on with her patients. CareOne promises the world and follows thru on nothing.

Response: This needs to be taken down as it is incorrect information and I fault this site for posting this without validity. If there was such a problem the NJ Board of Health would have investigated these accusations and sited the facility. This needs to be taken down as it is the opinion of a daughter who could not cope with her moms end stage dementia and aggressive behaviors in which she assaulted other residents. Our goal S health professionals is to protect "all"" of our residents. We recommended a safer lock down unit to protect all residents from a demented resident who caused harm to other persons loved ones. How is that wrong? Take this comment down unless your site can back it up as it is deflamation of my character as a caring, kind nurse. Elizabeth Renner

Response: Demented? Why would your refer to a patient that way? Isn't there a more professional way?
