Constantly changing his room. They keep him there as long as they can so they can get paid by medicare even if he is ready to go home. They have every excuses to keep him there. I think it is criminal.

Had a problem with my room and was never addressed the whole time I was there. I even went to the supervisor Susan, who never spoke to me after I was told that everything was being fixed. Not good for business.
