I absolutely love Lincoln Park! The facility is very nice and the staff is awesome. They feel like family to us. I have never had a complaint and my husband has been here since July. I am so thankful that they accept Veterans, so the men can visit with each other.

All the employees are over worked and underpaid. That is why service is horrible!

The staff is nice enough, fairly clean. I visit my aunt and find her in soaking wet diaper and clothing; they use the flimsy diapers, not Depends. Sunday dinner is a tuna sandwich on white bread with a cup of broth. I spend several hours and nobody offers the residents a drink of water; they get a half can of diet soda w/dinner.

Too many residents for 1 nurse on 3-11 shift. Many times medications not given, procedures are not done and people are calling for help.
