If you care about your loved ones you will NOT send them to Care One. If your loved one falls ill and is recommended by the hospital DO NOT go. Firstly this is a FOR PROFIT facilicily and they no all the ins and outs of Medicare. What this means is they no how to maximum their payment. This has been a lesson to us the family on how Meducare works I spent 48 hours with my family member and learned and observed. They do not practice basic human sanity practices. Rooms are not cleaned. When one patient leaves and the new one arrives there was no cleaning of the room, bed, bathroom etc. I have photos and videos of this Horrible practice. This is shameful. Especially with contagious diseases as C-dif. You are promised physical therapy, occupational and speech therapy. However this does not happened until the said Doctor arrives this could take 2 to 3 days.

There are so MANy things so disgraceful about this horrible place. I will live this picture as a reminder Not to go Here When a patient soils themselves they do NOT use disposable wipes or even paper towels to clean them. They use a washcloth and a basin of water. What they are doing is just rubbing their soil back on the POOR patient. care one you should be ashamed of yourself. How do you sleep at night

Cleanliness 2. All other ratings 0,overall rating had to click on 1 but it is 0.Basically,it all comes down to the employer gets what they pay for....

Response: I know, it is very upsetting to me,as well.....When I was hospitalized for those 2 months, my mothers foot was blown up like a balloon, it was never addressed. The had a physician their, who said I do not want to work....Is that great work ethics,I think not.

Having had a family member at their Livingston facility, I can attest that Care NONE is the appropriate, and perhaps too kind, handle for a facility that routinely neglected residents and clearly did not see them as human beings deserving of dignity. I also observed that those workers who did care were exhausted, and the administration seemed unconcerned.
Fortunately I got my family member out of there, but to this day I am haunted by memories of helpless residents whose children were not there to intervene.

Horrendous care. and the staffing numbers are ridiculous. Staff go 2 speeds: slow and stop! Yes, it's a lovely place-but that's it!! patients are not there for the decor!

    Response: No....

Seemed to very well organized and staffed! Loved the facility and open common areas available to all including visitors

All Care One's wherever they are located are pretty to look at. Family members concerns are the staffing but what you are told and what actually is happening are to different things. They hire bare minimum staff. As everyone needs different levels of care on any given day care one would have to have more than the state required staff members. If you put your loved one in a Care One you must have a good doctor and you must be at your family members side daily. If you are not there you can pretend the abuse and neglience is not happening. Bedsores are neglience along with many other illnesses that happen in nursing homes. Don't let it happen to your family member. Stayed informed

Response: I concur,it has such a poor reputation by brillant physicians, eldercare attorneys, families call they call it CARE NONE,CARE LESS THAN NONE,They specialize in incompetence.MY mother is their and I will give you more info. They get a 0 star rating. my mom placed her life savings their. Many Nurses have poor Judgement and their nursing skills are poor. One wellness nurse said "nothing is going to happen to you" and I told her it did and I was hospitalized for two months, crying out for my mom in my sleep. I verbalized my concerns and the administrator told me "Do you want a discharge out",not what can we do to help....More to come your comment is nothing but the truth,so help me god....
