They make you feel as though (concerned family members) are a pain in the butt. They say they are going to follow up on a- concern, but they do not. You just have to pray and hope for the best because you are given the impression they really don't give a darn.

I wouldn't send a dying dog here!

Response: I agree one hundred percent....I have a friend there who has received horrible care....she is ignored and not given meds on time ...nurses do not wear gloves when attending patients...she has had to make her own bed and empty her own commode.....they ignore her summons when she calls for a nurse to help her...I would give them zero stars my cat got better care when he was at the vets hospital then my friend gets at care one
