Horrible. Valley did not even give me a choice in homecare agency's. That should be illegal. I wanted to go with Bergen Care which I had before and loved. I hated valley homecare. It took almost 3 weeks for the physical therapist to come to treat me!!!!!! At my age that is a lifetime!!!
