Horrible, patient was not changed for three days in a row even tho she had many clean clothes. Residents have to line up in the hall for meals and an aide randomly pick people to bring in. Dirty dark place. Rooms are tight wheelchairs line the halls making it a fire safey concern. Do not send your family member here, trust me! I cried every time I left worry about her safey!

This place is 5 stars for dogs maybe. Just go visit after 6pm when administration is not there and you will see the reality, patients are over medicated and most nurses don't care. Bathroom and germs are shared. do not leave a loved one here, i had to go several times to rescue my mom from mistreatment by the cnas, my mom's injuries were always justified and covered by fabricated reports by the DON, doctor and nurses. They will not report injuries to the state and if you object or complain they will fabricate another lie to send your loved one to a psychiatric institution, all these will also be approved by their psychiatrist and Doctor. This place is disgusting, Do not trust and leave your loved one here.
