nutritional services are grossly inadequate for the frail condition most residents I have observed for the time my relative has been at skies healthcare. It is very clear that the kitchen staff are unable to plan adequate menus and meals, manage ordering and d inventory of necessary ingredients and get it to residents in any semblance of visual appeal or edible state. I visit every evening and on weekends and see the doplorable concoctions on the plates. If can locate a state department or agency responsible for the institutional nutrition services I have every intention of reporting this. annonymous
