User Reviews

01/06/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

The staff is courteous and qualified, but the facility is understaffed, leaving residents waiting a long time for assistance. Often the front desk didn't know what was going on with the residents. A visitor came to see my mother, and the person at the front desk told them she wasn't in the facility. She had been there for two weeks. Facility is clean, but dark and depressing. Some furniture and fixtures were in poor repair.
