My aunt got lousy treatment. On 1st full day at this place, she was left in her feces on her wheel chair for many hours. She cried to be cleaned and was ignored. The staff didn't listen or care.3 nights later she asked for help to go to the bathroom no one came to assist and was left in her urine in the wee morning hours. She was very cold because of the wetness. Her family got her out of this place. The facilties seemed to be old.

I went to visit my dad recently and I couldn't even breathe it reeked with a urnine odor in the hall. Then they had my dad all day sitting in his wheel chair I know he can't be in bed all day but being in a chair for a long period of time is not good either. Also I asked for his bed to be made they said i had to wait to the next shift at 4pm when it was only 3pm. So my dad had to wait and sit longer on his chair while feeling very tired and achy. He's supposed to be there only for a few wks if he stays longer I'm taking him out of there.
