My mom was in this facility and it is poorly managed: the nursing staff takes forever to answer a call, the food is tasteless, it is not cleaned often enough. Everything I bought for my mom was stolen and I'm not sure if it was the patients or the staff. As well as clothing, puzzle books and toiletries, they even stole her glasses and dentures. If you are not able to visit your loved one daily do not have them admitted into this facility.

The residents were walking around aimlessly, there were needle caps in the room on the floor for two days, there was not enough staff on duty to cover the patients. My mom was given the wrong diet she was diabetic and they keep giving her food with sugar. The staff was very rude. The medication took 24 hrs to come from the pharmacy for her pain. Finally I gave her Motrin. Every time I came in there she was crying. If you love your family member DO NOT place them there.
