The management sucks. They are loud and no work gets done. Average wait time for cna is 30-45 min. The recreation dept need more activites other that bingo.

I would not recommend this place for your loved one, unless they are well enough to speak up for themselves to get the attention and care they need, or are there only for rehab.
My experience at the Methodist Home was with my dad, who had a very bad stroke. I was reassured by the staff that he would be under 24 hour watch because he was unable to speak or press the button to call for help when needed. What I found out that ultimately translated to was that a nurse or aide would poke their heads in about once every 4 hours and say "everything ok?".
My dad was unable to answer, and so couldn't tell them if he needed to be changed, or was uncomfortable, or needed something that would have required the small amount of time and attention that very few caregivers there ever seemed able to spare. It became obvious to me very quickly that they couldn't be trusted enough to allow me to leave him alone there in their care. And once I was there with him, they maybe checked on him like that once a day...if that. I had trouble getting help...the aides were overwhelmed with their patient load...the nurses were occasionally unfindable...and sometimes I had to wait just for a response for close to an hour (then wait another 1/2 hour before any help actually came). I guess we were just lucky that we didn't have an emergency that would have needed immediate attention - I'm not sure help would have come in time.
In the long months I was there with him, I saw how other patients who needed to be under "watch", and who weren't fortunate enough to have an advocate to speak for them, were just wheeled into the hallway and left there alone for hours on end...I guess so that they could be seen from the nurses station down on the other end of the hall.
Like I said, I'm sure almost everyone there means well, but the quality of care fell very short, in my opinion...I am specifically writing this review because when I was looking for a place for my dad's care, I found nothing but 5 star "reviews". In hindsight, I see now that no one actually had reviewed them, so I don't know where they got those 5 stars.
All of that said, I still think the rehab facility and staff was of higher quality in general than the nursing care, so if there is a way to do outpatient care with them, that is the only thing I could in good conscience recommend this facility for.
If you are reading this review because you have a loved one who needs this kind of care, I highly recommend that you visit any place you are considering in person, if possible...I didn't have that luxury, and am sorry for the choice I made as a result.
