INCOMPASSIONATE workers that should not be working with people in need.

Great if you're planning on warehousing your father, mother or other loved one. Patients spend hours sitting in hallways doing nothing. They are infantilized and not treated with the sort of dignity they deserve.
Physical therapy is outstanding, the best thing about the place. But in room care is awful, especially in terms of most of the nurses aides who range from helpful but never there to indifferent to downright hostile. And if your loved one isn't into group bingo or the like, they will be left alone in their rooms in isolation. Angered me not just for my parent but for all the parents there.

Response: You hit the nail on the head!Sad but true.

Response: My dad got worse when he was there, not better and ended up hospitalized. He went to a better nursing home (Hebrew Home) after that, but I think St Patrick's debilitated him and he died soon after.

I have a client currently in another facility, and am considering moving her. St. Patrick's rep very helpful in not only providing information on placement, but option of assisted living, which, although they do not provide, recommended I explore. Courteous and professional.
