My brother was in Workmen's Circle Multi Care Center for one week prior to his passing. The staff treated my brother with such care and dignity that I was glad that we decided to choose Workmen's Circle. We had quite a few choices but after hearing about the reputation of Workmen's Circle we decided to visit. The facility, the care, the cleanliness and staff's can do attitude made Workmen's Circle the choice for outstanding care. MA

I came to Workmen's Circle for rehabilitation after total hip replacement and would like to share my stay with anyone who may be considering comining to this outstanding facility. The staff, no matter what their position, are extraordinary in doing their work. Professional, friendly, helpful are just a few words I can think of other than AMAZING. The facility itself is state of the art, and being here leaves me with a peaceful, warm feeling. The food is exceptional also. The therapists, both occupational and physical, are wonderful and very professional. One gets the feeling of being with family when they are here. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone without a blink of the eye.

I was so pleased with the care and attention that was given to my mom during her short stay. I only wish she lived longer to enjoy the wonderful home.

I have to disagree with some of the comments that i read. My mother was at this facility she went there for her rehab after spinal surgery. she is home now in the best shape for a long while. Her therapist were the best and most caring people that i have seen in a long while. They lifted my mothers spirits everyday. She would tell me about her sessions and always smiled when talking about the people who cared for her.
Even the CNA'S were very caring to my mom. Sure she had her favorites. That just means they did their jobs with more gusto. I must commend the staff and the administration people. They sent my mom back to the hospital in time for her to get a much needed blood transfusion which saved her life.
I do not know of any perfect people just as there is no perfect place. However this facility is trying to do the best job that they can. I want to thank them for all the hard work. When my mom left she wanted to go around and say good bye to staff members.
she wanted them to see her on her feet and leaving. I want to also commend the activities person Maxine who was always there asking my mom to go to a function. That was key to her recovery and progession. My family and I thank you for helping get my mom back on her feets.

My grandmother was in Workmen's Circle MultiCare Center for short term rehabilitation. The place is great. It was clean, staff is very helpful. Food was tasty. Grandmother had total hip replacement. She went home after the therapy in 4 weeks. We could not be more happier. Our family would recommend this place to anyone who needs short term therapy.

I went to Workmen's Circle in need of rehabilitation. While I was there I received occupational and physical therapy and they helped me improve my walking and get the equipment I needed at home. My therapists made my stay more pleasant and everyone was very nice to me. I am glad I chose to go to Workmen's Circle and they made my stay very pleasant. I met some really wonderful people who gave me the support and care I needed to get better and helped build my confidence to go home.

We wanted to share our experience with anyone considering Workmen's Circle for themselves or a family member. We were really surprised to see how bright, cheerful and modern this facility is. What was even nicer than the appearance of the facility was the concern and helpfulness of their staff. He received regular visits from the staff including members of their executive team to make sure he was satisfied with the care and services he was receiving. It took time but my father is back on his feet and back home with his family. Their Rehabilitation department really encouraged him and supported all his hard work. Thanks to everyone at Workmen's Circle for the care and kindness you provided. This was a very remarkable experience that we will not forget!

It is unfortunate that the reviewer was so disturbed by a problem with our transportation service that they chose to malign the facility in this manner. We acknowledge that there was a problem with miscommunication with our van driver who was unable to transport the family to their home. We did respond in an appropriate and professional manner when the problem was identified. The family was asked to briefly wait in a pleasant lounge located in our lobby area. The Administrator met with them personally and approved the provision of carfare so that the family could return home without delay. We are truly surprised by the allegations made by this family. They did not express any concerns or dissatisfaction during their tour of the facility and the staff member giving them the tour did not make the same observations.

Before placing my Mother in a Nursing Facility I looked at many places, this was by far the cleanest and the best managed. My Mother has been here since April 2010 and has received very good care. The support staff and social workers have been very helpful and they are always available to answer questions. I would definately refer anyone to this facility who finds themselves with an aging parent or loved one who needs 24 hour care.
