Response: I AM PROUD TO SAY I AM A MEMBER OF THE BUENA VIDA FAMILY . NO ONE'S PERFECT ,BUT ITS A TERIBBLE THING TO WRITE INACCURATE ACCOUNTS.MY ONLY WISH IS THAT THESE INACCURACIES COULD BE INVESTIGATED BEFORE BEING PUBLISHED.THANK YOU

Response: I agree totally, this is a horrible place, my family member recently was hospitalized, for being injured at this place , they sustained a broken cervical vertabrea and a lump on their head the size of a baseball. My family member is wheelchair bound , with dementia. At the facility they just said the resident had some swelling on the side of their head, and sent them to the hospital , during the time the resident was there they swiched their new wheelchair with a old crud filled one, minus the footrests, i had to be constantly buying socks undergarments , because they were always missing. I wanted to speak to the residents doctor at the facility but she said she couldn't because she had a hectic schedule, to speak to the unit nurse, it goes on and on the horrid conditions at this place. Find somewhere else to go to not this place.

This is am all round horrible facility.. Unprofessional staff, filthy dirty rooms and bathrooms. No handheld call devices, no guard rails on the beds, no tissues, toilet paper, waste baskets or extra pillows or linens in the rooms. Chairs are broken and shades dont close. Unattentive staff. They dont speak to one another regarding conditions. Inadequate oxygen supply, the tank ran out on my family member who was there for 1 day. Consider sending a loved one elsewhere where they will be tended to and cared for properly.

Response: I totally agree. This place or should I say the staff who worked with my mom were useless and savages. I'm glad I took her out if there. I could care less about the people who do not agree but they didn't witness what they did to my mother. I guess some patients are given preference over others.
