This sight is outdated. As of last review in 2012 Bethel Nursing and Rehab Center is ranked as a 1, which is the worst. I moved my Mom from here recently as they had gone totally down hill in the two years she was there. Some of the worst issues were: wrong medication given to my Mom, not given a medication for 4 days, individual doses of medications missed, physical miss-handling of my Mom causing pain, missed doctor appointments due to short staffing, food ordered often incorrect... Get your loved ones out of this place ASAP! No one should be put in this facility.

Do not put your family member in this facility! It is steadily going downhill. We have had medicine administration issues, and it is WAY understaffed. Patients regress here. They are left to stare at the walls all day, because there is no staff. AVOID!
