Facility is always understaffed. Especially 2-10 shift. Can not keep good help. They hire back people who have been previously fired. Care of residents is the best it can be for what little staff they have. Residents are told this is their "HOME" but are constantly having to move rooms, or are told they can't decorate their room. The administrator is constantly saying "Give me a little time things are gonna change, I am working on it." But things are only getting worse. The activities director is a Liar and condescending to residents and staff. This past week and a half the call lights for residents have not worked and they were given bells in there room to call for help. Shall I go on with the inadequacies of This nursing home.
