This hospital is just horrid in the way they treat their employess. Nursing supervisors take their authority and use it to their advantage. They are always understaffed and put patients at risk all of the time and the supervisors don't care not one bit because they are never on their own floor to witness anything. They go through new employees monthly because of the horrible treatment no one wants to stay here And FAVORITISM is the key here if you are one of the preffered ones then you get your way if you are just normal and bust your tail it means nothing..Word to the wise go somewhere else

Response: I have known Michael Quartararo the former administrator of St Catherines Nursing Home for over thirty years. Quartararo was never qualified in anyway what so ever to be an administrator. He had neither the qualifications personally or professionally nor the ability to run a nursing facility or oversee a medical staff. He spent years in his previous position as a charge nurse resume padding and cultivating political clout in order to get a position he never should have gotten. On a personal note, Michael Quartararo was an emotionally disturbed, nasty, disrepectful, arrogant, self serving fraud. Quartararo is a sexist, racist, homophobe and judging by the poor to mediocre ratings on this website it is no surprise this place was as poorly run as has been mentioned. Hopefully no patient died as a result of this moron being in charge. To this day I still cannot fathom how such an unqualified and incompetent person could have gotten this job.
