Absolutely horrible experience here. Residents are given minimal attention. When their alarms go off signaling a fall, or a call bell rings, no one responds. Residents are left to sit in filthy soiled adult diapers all day, or have to beg to be taken to the bathroom. Residents are spoken to rudely and parked in front of televisions all day everyday. Minimal recereational activities to ensure mental stimulation and to prevent disorientation. Facility is in dire need of new lighting as resident rooms are quite dark-also needs routine care and upkeep to make the floors look presentable.
