New management renting to more and more appicants who need assistance (get commissions on filling vacancies quickly). No covered parking and very poor plowing and icing/sanding of parking lot, Missing signs for physically challenged parking and van accessible (with motorized chairs). Only 2 pieces of equipment, that is ancient and broken. So-called computer room has one computer in room that doubles as "kitchen" area and activity room. Activities too often held in lobby limiting access to hallways and elevators. High turnover in staff because of low pay and limited managerial supervisory skills. Because of low pay and difficulty keeping wait staff--managerial staff spends time they should be managing, serving meals and assisting in kitchen. Pathways around facility have numerous slip/trip hazards. Some motorized chair users do not know how to fully operate chairs--possibly putting others at risk. Very limited and safe places to temporarily park motorized chairs for those still able to drive. Many residents park in physically challenged spaces and rarely move vehicles.
