Nurse put her face into my face and told me to be quiet while she was looking into my moms mouth. Later I asked if I could get a "Boost" drink for my mom as she was having trouble with her dentures. I was told she would have to wait, that it was not on her med sheet to give to her. My mom was not on a diet. I told her I would go to the front desk and ask. the nurse slammed her med cart against the wall. and huffed away and shoved the boost into my hand, and said "Here" It was warm. The Nursing Assistant next door was told by a wife her husband messed the bed and needed to be cleaned. The Aide told her "He will have to wait, she was too busy. Assist lights were going off everywhere, and I saw the aides and nurses sitting in their little rooms. since when is a break more important. As a nurse for 40 years, it is patients first. this was on the 5th floor

production line assistance. Hurry up attitude. I would not call it care because most of the employees I've seen do NOT. This place should be shut down.
