.t's a local rehab in a very nice community where we live but ,Staff is rude and uncooperative. When I took patient to a new facility the patient is now very happy and would never go back to Queens Rehab.Self pay is $510.00 day.

There is nothing to really like about this rehab center except the physical therapy. The doctor that attends to your loved one doesn't listen and is very rude. Your loved one gets sick too often in this facility from colds to the flu and pneumonia. They are not quick to respond when there is an emergency. They just move your loved one from the dining hall to the waiting area throughout the day-not much activity. Physical therapy is great but besides that it is a miserable place. They leave your loved one sitting in their own urine and feces until it is time to go to bed and etc. Lastly, the entrance is the best part of the building and the 1st floor. However, the rest of the building is filthy. Beware of putting your loved one in this facility. Nurses seem miserable.
