patients are not activiely encouraged to participate in facility activities unloless family members are present. Long time to answer patient calls and care staff does not get patients out of bed in timely manner quite frequently. Even after family requests have been made staff ignore patient requests.

Liberty Commons of Johnston County offers patients a facility that is clean, with an attentive clinical team. There are several outdoor areas that allow patients and their family/friends to visit and to enjoy quiet time. The facility has activities throughout the day.
