I encourage all to contact Division of Health Service Regulation (919) 855-4500 and report this facility. They need to be shutdown. This is deplorable. These allegations are true and something needs to be done.

I am not sure how to rate this place. My father has been there, I think, maybe a month. He has already had to have three hospital visits. Two of them for falls and the other one unexplainable cut on his eye. This makes me and my mother very sad. We are uncabable of taking care of may dad but we want quality care for him. THis place seem very capable of first but we are now having second thoughts. I do believe it may be some employees there that just want a paycheck, so those employees should go to Mcdonals or somewhere. Here at the rest home you have other poeples lives in your care and you are caring for them poorly.

This place needs to be shut down! The patients are not cared for properly, they are disrespected by some of the staff. I have observed a employee use the same washcloth on 13 residents, I have observed a patient get cussed by a employee. This place is covered with roaches and bed bugs. They have employees that get into physical altercastions disturbing the patients sleep. The management is unfair they discriminate against and fire employees who try to stand up for whats right and advocate for the residents, the management does not properly take care if some extreme situations that occur in the facility. The management sugar coats the situations and claims the issues have been taken care of and gets the administrator to see it their way. The employees there are yelled and cussed at by management when most of the issues in the facility are due to their lack of doing things professionally! There is black mold beneath the wall paper! There is only one thing that leads to all the issues within this facility and that is the poor management team Ashley, Sharkeda, and Tonya . There is do much more I could say about this facility but don't want to write a book. Just know they are constantly under investigation and until management is replaced this place will never improve. Families are realizing this and moving their loved ones constantly I know of 9 residents that were moved within 2 months.

This place is truly poorly manage the facility is not kept clean. My love one tell me how the bugs keeps biting on him while he is trying to sleep which prevent him from sleeping. The administrator is more concern about the money and not the needs of the patient.

Facility is poorly run, residents are not treated nicely, I have seen them being treated poorly with no respect. The employees are there for just a paycheck with no interest in the residents. The place has bugs running all over the place, If you have a family member get them out like I did.

This place deserves to be demolished then set on fire to kill all the bed bugs and to keep people from getting abused and another thing do not fire people in meetings. If you have love ones here get them out NOW.

My grandmother is a resident of this facility and has fallen several times. Most of the injury has been to her head area. She fell recently and no one was contacted to be notified of the incident. When my mother went to visit, her face was noticably bruised and swollen and she had a fever of 102 degrees. My mother found a wheelchair and immediately took her to the hospital!! This is absolutely uncalled for and is negligent. I am currently checking into our options for legal assistance and a new facility.

With the exception of a very few, staff in the locked unit appears as if they are there to draw a paycheck only. They seem to not care about the patients, and I have witnessed them being quite rude to them. Dining area is filthy as is the nurses' desk area. Patients'
personal items are constantly being used "misplaced" by other patients or staff. On several occasions, when clothes are washed, they are put away still damp. My overall opinion of the place is that it is poorly run.

Response: You must have gone on a Special Day...never have I visited and not smelled urine. Tables never look as though they have been wiped, much less sprayed with a cleaner!!

Caring people, quick to react to issues. Could be decorated more tastefully but overall clean. Friendly staff. reasonable price. Small facility

    Response: @#$%
