User Reviews

I recently had a family member at the Brian Center. It is very difficult thing to place your family member in a facility, but the staff at the facility were kind and understanding. They immediately placed my grandmother and the rest of the family at ease. They have provided great care and tender loving care to my grandmother. While no one or anything is perfect, I could not have asked for more from the facilty. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a facilty and would only want my family to be there in the future if that is needed. Based on the previous reviews, I would say that a lot of improvement has been made.

call lights not answered for long periods of time. Staff not educated to handle the medical needs that they say they can. Rude and unprofessional staff.

My mother is end stage copd. She was transported to Brian Center from hospital at 12:00 by 9:00 that night she still had not received any medicines at all. She is on several different breathing meds and morphine and ativan to help her breathing as well. She received nothing. When you approached nursing staff to find out what was going on they were unhelpful and almost hostile. Her room was horrible and depressing. She had a 13 inch tv in her room with a remote that did not work. The bathrooms are shared by 4 people each and are very small. Call bells not answered in timely manner. Mom was discharged the next day.

Terrible place to send anyone! My friend was treated horribly--so drugged up that she couldn't voice her opinion on anything that happened to her. Treated by staff as someone to not bother with. Thank goodness she had to go to the hospital and then could go elsewhere!! Stay away!!!
