This was my second stay at Conover and would not go any place else for my care. Loved the professional and personal touch. They all had great attitudes. I had fun with my second family and friends.

My mother had been in several other facilities before coming to Conover Nursing & Rehab. I didn't realize there was a facility like this one right under our noses. The facility was exceptionally clean and the staff were like family to me and my mother. My mother dearly loved several of the aides and therapy staff. She was able to walk out of there and return home and for that I am forever grateful to them.

My grandmother had to come here for Rehab because she fell so she was put on 100 hall.. I took care of her before she went in so naturally I go out there all the time to help her get ready for bed well twice we had to get on them for leaving her in the same pullup for 24 hrs at a time Yuck! I talked with the DON and that problem got took care of. Then I fine out she fell well naturally that can happen to anyone but then I find out the CNA was standing in the doorway when it happened and then she felt bad because she didnt help well yea thats your job you should feel bad I wouldnt put a dog here let alone a family memeber that I love and care about.
