Physical Therapy was non existent. I once counted 11 days without a therapist walking through my door. They were told what equipment I would need, and though assured they had it, they did not. The wound nurse is a joke. She could not manage a bandaid on a papercut and I got worse under her care, not better. The staff was unskilled and uncaring, often leaving me in my own filth for hours at a time. And when confronted made up lies to cover themselves. The food is the worse I have had in a facility yet. If you have a care for yourself or your loved one, don't darken their door.

Response: Did you report any of your concerns to the Administrator or Director of Nursing? They have a presence in the facility about q16 hours a day, when I went to ask questions of express a concern they handled it immediately. My family member got great care!

The staff at this facility do not round and check on the patients frequently. All of the residents have on tab alarms but if the start to alarm, there isn't any staff member around to hear or assist the patient. We had a few new staff members there that did not know much about the facility's rules and regulations. I did not feel safe with my family member there so we moved to another facility.
