Given the choice of Britthaven of Franklin N.C. and dying in the woods totally unattended ...The clear choice would be in the woods. Smelly, head nurse is totally disrespectful to anyone and required care is not given. Not the place for a loved one or even your dog.

Response: My experiences with Britthaven of Franklin have been very positive, excellent nursing care, good food, clean facility in fact NO ODORS. State review show no citations, local health rating for food service 101.0% and overall facility rating from local health inspection 97 or 98. Found all staff to be very kind, helpful, therapy was very good too. My loved one has been there for over 3 years. I am thankful for the facility to be available to assist me.
