Trays sit in the dining room and get cold before they can be passed to the halls because the Social Worker wants it that way. The kitchen is staffed by a seperate company, so they don't care. A resident frequently scoots out of bed and smears feces all over the hallway, in front of visitors, and nothing is done about it. The halls smell. They don't use trashbags, just pile the soiled diapers in trashcans without liners. Disgusting and filthy.

My mom has stayed wet for hours and left in the bathroom for 2 hours before staff checked on her. Yesterday she was found in her room with door closed and heat on from another resident, mom was in bed with leg hanging off bed and crying hysterically and overheated. This shoes how often staff do the room checks. Taking care of this today and everyone has to answer to someone!

Response: This facility has on on site doctor or PA. The call bells ring forever before someone checks on them.

Response: No on site doctors or PA.

Response: Who was her DR.
