12/30/2010 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: I am very unhappy with the quality of care of my loved one. Response time to bells in appalling. I am also very concerned about the care (or lack of care) given to residents that are unable to speak for themselves. It is scary that this place is considered one of the best.

09/27/2010 An OurParents User Writes: Very clean and attractive, good meals. However, poor staff care for residents. Under staffing causes patient neglect. Residents are left for long periods of time begging for bathroom care. Extremely slow to respond to bells or calls for help. Staff does not follow up with Physical Therapy recommendations on the hallway. Doctors orders are not always followed.
