My mom was in that place for over a year and this place is the worst place she has been in. I was so glad when we were able to get out of there. I feel sorry for the other people that are left in there. The lady (Lori)that runs the place lies to the families of the people that is in the place. She has lie to me and my sisters a few times. My mom also had stuff stolen there and then then was told my mom sold it to find out later that was a lie. Something needs to be done before something bad happens.
Thank you for your time.....

Response: I worked there for 2 years and I left because I could not stand the way the residents were treated

This facility during 2012 was not clean and lacked nutrition for residents. Director was very rude to families and residents.

Response: Crown Colony was in fairly good condition when I was there it has a nice staff and has recently been remodeled. If you need anybAssisted Living services they are an option I recommend.

Response: Fairly good. You say but not great. That's the point it's a dump. People are Cramed in the rooms that are shared go through and look at people's rooms when you go on a walk threw they only show you what they want you to see they make it sound good until you put your family member in there. They will tell you all kinds of activites for the residents all they do is nothing all day everyday love your love ones and don't just throw them in this place

Response: Have you seen the news internet about a staff member you need to know what's going on there I took my mom out of that place
