I have to say that my family member was not the most pleasant one to deal with! Did I just say that? Yes, I did and she'll be the first to admit it. When she got to Autumn Care of Nash she had in her mind that she was leaving after 10 days, but she soon realized that her rehabilitation really called for 10 more days past her initial anticipation. Autumn's staff made us feel so comfortable and even though my mom's temper flared in the beginning because she wasn't home, she was as pleasant as a dove during her stay, especially approaching the time of her discharge. Everyone from the Administrator, Office Manager, Rehab personal, CNA's, Nurses, Social Worker, Cooks, and Laundry staff all were super sweet and kind! I have got to tell say, my hats are off to Autumn and the tight ship they run there! I always said I was going to write to Corporate, and I never did and I'm sorry for that, but maybe I'll forward them this web address. If you need rehab, from a skeptical family members mouth about nursing homes, believe me when I say, Autumn is the place for you!

I can't say enough good things about Autumn Care of Nash. They got my Mom well after three other facilities had failed. It was all in the quality of care. They weren't just doing a job. They actually cared. Plus, they went to bat for us against a problematic insurance company. They were an oasis in a desert of care.
