My father lives at Villages of Wilkes and I can not say enough positive things about them. I live in California and it is so hard to be so far away. They call me with updates all the time and if I call the nurse that is caring for him always talke to me for as long as I need to never rushes me and I know they have alot to do. I could recomend this facility.

Use to have a family member at VOW. Service was ok, had RN on site but really would not talk to you. She would avoid me when I came in the door. She would never return my calls. Family member became ill and hospitlized after I took them to the hospital. Did not take them back there. Had one staff member who was in nursing school, she new what she was doing but she just up and quit. I think she got in trouble standing up for the patients, and they let her go.
