02/10/2012 An OurParents User Writes: Capital Rehab offers patients access to a separate short term rehab unit with it's own separate entrance. The short term unit offers spacious private and semi private rooms with flat screen TV's, phones and a refrigerator. There are 2 enclosed courtyards for patients and their guests to use. Capital is pleased to have Dr. Paul Boroughs on the medical staff as their Orthopedic Physician. Capital does exceptional work with orthopedic patients, those with wounds and stroke patients.
The facility also offers long term care and outpatient services.

Response: Thank you for the information on this facility, very helpful. This facility is absolutely beautiful and offers great amenties, staff is really good and accomodating. Dr. Burroughs is one of the best Orthopedic Physicians in Raleigh.
