I would not recommend this place at all. If you happen to be considering it, don't ask them any questions about the care you or a loved one is receiving for you seem to give up those rights when you "sign in"!

Capital Rehab offers patients access to a separate short term rehab unit with it's own separate entrance. The short term unit offers spacious private and semi private rooms with flat screen TV's, phones and a refrigerator. There are 2 enclosed courtyards for patients and their guests to use. Capital is pleased to have Dr. Paul Boroughs on the medical staff as their Orthopedic Physician. Capital does exceptional work with orthopedic patients, those with wounds and stroke patients.
