I am very displeased with the staff at city of oaks they are leaving the patients that are able to communicate with them soiled for too long. I have an aunt out there that has had a series of uti's since she has been there which we as a family trying to help believe that it is coming from her not being changed often enough. We have made complaints and she has too but still nothing is being done. I ask that anyone that has to trust in your loved one to be taken care of by others do alot of research and make visits with patients and keep complaining one day someone is bound to listen. I wish that moving her was as easy said as done but with her having only one leg at almost 90 that seems too difficult.
