Not enough staffing results in usually poor care. The staff rating for this nursing home is a 1. The staff rating is determined by medicare. 1 is the lowest rating you can have. Draw your own conclusions.

Awful experience. Please do not consider using this provider. The administration lacks integrity. The residents in the locked units, which houses 60 residents, have no access to read about their State and Federal "Nursing Home Rights", have no telephone numbers listed for government agencies to help them (like ombudsmen, medicare/Medicaid,etc), have no access to read about the nursing home's violations/deficiencies, penalties, if any. Since residents do not have the "Codes" to leave the locked units, they are unable to read any of this information. It should be posted within each locked unit. Just because a resident has dementia, doesn't mean they should be deprived of their rights. Please come visit this nursing home. Ask to speak with the Nursing Home Administrator who is responsible for enforcing the regulations according to governmental standards. Ask as many intelligent questions as possible. We all have a stake in how nursing homes are being managed. The money is coming out of your paycheck. Be well, everyone.
