CNA's could benefit from more training. Inconsistency in care; at times, understaffed. There have been safety concerns and overlooked hazards. For example, the call light being out of the reach of the resident or being hidden under pillows. Lack of activities and mental stimulation for residents; Staff is generally positive, helpful and compassionate

The Baptist home has done a tremendous job caring for my father and he is one of their more difficult residents. They utilize comprehnsive multiple approaches to deal with issues and the staff has always been professional an helpful in every way. We are constantly updated over the phone with any issues regarding my fathers care.
