St Alexius Medical Ctr Tcu is a small, not for profit, nursing home with 19 beds based in Bismarck, ND. At last check, the facility had 9 residents indicating that it is 47% occupied which is less than average within the state of North Dakota. The provider accepts only medicare.

Doctors are not compassionate. Nurses sit in station and eat instead of caring for patients.

Response: Nurses have to eat at some point. Most nurses (especially one the night shift) do not get a break...nor is there enough staff on the night shift for someone to take an off unit break.
