My grandfather was a patient at Pebble Creek and received the best care. The staff went above and beyond. The room was beautiful and therapy was the best. Because of his stay there my Aunt was admitted and received the same care. I can see why they are a 5 star facility.

Family member's wait time after requesting help to use the toilet was 20 minutes. This is not acceptable.

Response: May I ask where you took your parent instead? I was about to send my 91 year old mother to Pebble Creek for rehab.

03/02/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Do not send your loved one here. It takes them almost an hour to respond in terms of your loved one needing assistance to use the restroom, by then they already went in bed or their wheelchair. Some of the nurses are fabulous, this facilty is way understaffed to properly take care of your relative. We will be removing our parent from there. Read the Google reviews they are right on.
