Terrible place. Staff is horrible. The doctor comes from Jefferson and she was terrible. The facility and the doctor are responsible for my dad's premature death.

Worst rehab facility I have ever seen. Nurses are very unattentive, food is horrific, and the care given left a lot to be desired. Such a disappointment. Do NOT take your loved one here.

This is by far, one of the worst rehabilitation facilities I have ever been to! The staff is nowhere to be found, patients just lay in bed helpless, and the rooms leave a lot to be desired. My grandfather went there to receive a little bit of rehab after surgery and he has gone rapidly downhill since being there. We keep trying to get him released and they keep making excuses as to why he needs to stay there. This place needs to be reported to the health department for numerous violations which I intend to do. Please do not take your loved one to this facility!

No attention to many patients, buzzers lighting up the patients need assistance board for long periods of time and the staff ignores the patients and talks to friends on the phone. Seen this countless times on my visits to see my father. Senior staff tried desperately to get my father to be a permanent resident although he was just there to recover from a stroke. Staff put him on oxygen, (did not need) and tried to prescribe several medications that he did not need. All in all a horrible experience.

Response: I absolutely agree with you! My grandfather was there for rehab and they kept saying he needed to stay even though we could all see that he would do much better at home. One of the patients fell in the hallway and couldn't get up and there was not a single staff member anywhere to be found. I waited with the patient while my husband searched desperately for a staff member. When he finally did find a nurse, she asked, "Well is he breathing?" My husband said yes and the nurse replied, "Oh well that's fine then." I could not believe it! This place needs to be shut down!
