Some of the staff seems unprofessional and lacks empathy for the needs of the patients. There needs to be a weekly assessment for all staff and a better way of keeping accountability for the medication administered to the patients. This place need a serious investigation on the care taking. People are suffering from negligence and it getting sweeper under the rug. The reputation is what it is for a reason. I don't trust that this place is safe for the elderly at all. There may be a good heart buried in that place somewhere but if you a week the patients they won't be able to point you towards any of the staff there.
